Phase I was the new construction and tenant improvement of 117,000 square feet for a national investment firm. The fast-track project was designed and built with the tenant occupying their new space in less than 11 months. The campus includes cooling towers and uses recycled, regional and low-emitting materials throughout the facility. An amazing 94% of all construction waste was recycled. Project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
